Hi, I’m Billy Jordan Jr., President of The Jordan Insurance Agency and BreakPoint Systems.. For more than 20 years, I’ve been an advocate for individuals and families—helping people navigate the complexity of insurance with clarity, honesty, and care.

I’m a husband to my wife, Tanya, and a proud father of four. Tanya and my oldest daughter, Talia, are also part of our agency team, and I’m grateful we get to serve people together. Our mission is simple: treat every client like family and get better every day. I spend a lot of time training myself, our staff, and our agents so we keep raising the standard of service—whether someone is starting their career, growing a family, or preparing for the years ahead.

Outside of work, I’m a lifelong Tennessee Titans fan and PSL holder. While I live in the Charlotte region, my family and I spend many weekends in Nashville—where I’m from and where my faith continues to guide how I lead, serve, and make decisions.

After 15 years in retail sales and management, I transitioned into the insurance industry in 2015, where I found my true passion—helping families understand and navigate the often-complex world of insurance. I specialize in a broad range of coverage, including Medicare, health and life insurance, home, auto, business, dental, and vision.

I’m committed to building lasting relationships with my clients by providing clear guidance, identifying practical risk-management solutions, and delivering every interaction with integrity and exceptional service.

My name is LaMont “Jaye” Joseph, and I’ve been an active member of the Charlotte community for more than 20 years as an entrepreneur, barber, philanthropist, and author. I take pride in putting people at ease when they’re making important decisions for themselves, their families, and the people they care about most.

My deep roots in the community give me a strong understanding of what truly matters to you and yours. I help clients protect what’s important through coverage options including life, health, dental, home, and auto insurance. I’m licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, and Georgia, and I’m here to serve you.

I’m excited to begin this new chapter as an insurance agent specializing in health, Medicare, and life insurance. My professional background as a Lead Real Estate Representative with Duke Energy gave me hands-on experience navigating complex situations, a skill set that translates seamlessly into helping clients understand and manage their insurance decisions.

The Jordan Insurance Agency, founded by my husband, Billy Jordan Jr., has served our community for 20 years. After seven years of marriage, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for his vision and a strong passion for supporting our clients through education, advocacy, and clear guidance.

My personal experiences have further shaped my commitment to this work. As a part-time caregiver for my mother, I’ve seen firsthand how critical comprehensive health insurance is to accessing quality care and maintaining peace of mind. That perspective drives my dedication to helping individuals and families make informed, confident decisions about their coverage.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, entertaining, and relaxing at the beach—where I hope to retire someday.

I’m Talia Jordan, a rising high school graduate in the Class of 2026. I support The Jordan Insurance Agency in a behind-the-scenes role, helping with social media and assisting with administrative tasks when needed. Being involved in the business has given me valuable insight into what it takes to run an organization with purpose, discipline, and consistency.

Growing up around entrepreneurship, I’ve had the opportunity to see firsthand the dedication and responsibility that go into building and maintaining a business. While I enjoy contributing where I can, I also have my own interests, goals, and passions as I prepare for college and the next chapter of my journey.

I’m outgoing, respectful, and driven, and I value learning through experience. I’m grateful for the support and encouragement I receive to pursue what matters most to me, and I’m excited to continue growing, learning, and discovering what’s next.

I serve as an Agency Support Specialist at The Jordan Insurance Agency, where I help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. I assist clients with billing questions, enrollments, ID cards, and general account needs, and I gather important information from clients and prospects who contact the agency.

I’m often one of the first human points of contact after our AI receptionist, and I take pride in making sure every interaction feels clear, respectful, and supportive. I’m bilingual, which allows me to better serve a wider range of clients and ensure they feel understood and cared for.

Family is very important to me. I’m a dedicated mother, deeply family-driven, and guided by my faith. I’m known for my strong work ethic, positive spirit, and willingness to learn. I welcome feedback and see it as an opportunity to grow, improve, and become better at what I do. I’m committed to doing the right thing, supporting our clients with integrity, and giving my best every day so I can continue to grow personally, professionally, and provide a strong future for my family.
