I honestly believe they are a good company but they are a little too impersonal for my taste. I have since then chosen a different company to work with.

They said that I could get in contact with Medi-Share, or go to American Health Alliance (for help with physicals and stuff), or that I should go with RX Help Centers.

Everything would have been absolutely fine with The Jordan Insurance Agency aside from a problem that caused some stress. There were apparently some errors in loading data from my initial phone interview that was taken by the office. When I went forward with processing the insurance plan I was signing up for, they couldn't find me in their system. They had the wrong address or zip code or something like that. I was up against a deadline and things got very tense there. I went into the next month without the insurance I was expecting, but Billy Jordan had an alternate solution at that point and we ended up with different insurance for that month. So it worked out OK in the end, but was a bit stressful. From what I gathered it was a data entry issue and it took days to figure it out. I did really like the variety of products he has avaialble. What he came up with was exactly what I was
looking for and was very cost effective. He had plans I'd never even heard of before that suited our needs quite well. He has access to many forms of insurance so there's a good chance he has something that will meet your needs.

These folks made a very scary situation for me extremely easy to deal with and put me at ease with the whole situation. Overall I think I got a great value for the price paid and would absolutely use them again if needed be. I also would like to recommend these folks to anybody else in need of a reputable and professional insurance agency that truly looks out for your well being. I can't say enough about how good of a job these folks have done and I am extremely satisfied.

The Jordan Insurance Agency was absolutely wonderful. I was kind of leery in the beginning because I had never dealt with an insurance company over the phone before. But even though I was a little apprehensive, I went ahead and gave them a call. Billy immediately made me feel at ease and told me all of the options that we could do.
